How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
